Overview

This course focuses on complex consultations - managing uncertainty, assessing and explaining risk, and responding to second-opinion requests - helping delegates refine language, structure and approach for challenging clinical conversations.

Led by internationally recognised experts in communication skills, the day combines best-practice seminars with small-group teaching and simulated patient interactions.
