Updated recommendations regarding the management of older patients with breast cancer

The European Society of Breast Cancer Specialists (EUSOMA) and The International Society of Geriatric Oncology (SIOG) have produced a useful document outlining the evidence based management of older patients with breast cancer. It contains comprehensive sections on screening and surveillance as well as surgical management and adjuvant treatment.
