Master of Surgery and PG Diplomas in Oncoplastic and Aesthetic Breast Surgery

Each course within this portfolio of surgical programmes prepares and qualifies candidates to at least first-year consultant level; this is achieved through a highly effective e-learning approach developed over 10 years. These challenging but rewarding programmes are flexibly structured around the working lives of busy surgical practitioners and delivered through a dedicated Virtual Learning Environment (VLE) hosting a thriving community of students and senior specialists from all over the world.

Each topic is delivered asynchronously, meaning that apart from occasional online workshops, students do not need to be available to log in at set times. Four advanced modules comprehensively cover the relevant areas of surgery, with two modules in research and leadership.

Online learning is supported by continual formative assessments of surgical knowledge, critical thinking and decision-making. All of these courses are ideal for senior breast and plastic surgery trainees, as well as practising breast consultants.

Workshops are included in the MS Oncoplastic Breast Surgery course which can be attended by students of other courses at an additional cost and subject to availability.

More information about any of these courses can be found here
