College closure dates 2025
Details on office closures over the festive period.
Please be aware that the Royal College of Surgeons will be closed from 24 December to 2 January, with ABS staff returning on 5 January. As such, ABS staff will not be able to respond to any queries during this period.
If you have a query relating to abstract submission for the ABS Conference 2026 please redirect your email to our Conference Organisers, Profile Productions, who are running the abstract submission process. Please e-mail: abs@profileproductions.co.uk.
Please note their office is shut from the 22 December, reopening on 5 January. The abstract submission deadline is 12 noon on Monday 5 January, and they will respond to all queries as quickly as possible on 5 January.
In the event that your e-mail relates to an aspect of your submission, we recommend that you make your submission prior to the deadline and it can then be amended or withdrawn in due course if necessary. All submissions must be received by the deadline to be considered for the Conference.
