Flat Friends

Flat Friends is a registered charity that provides information and practical advice on living flat after a single or double mastectomy, with or without prostheses. 

We support women who have chosen Flat Closure, are unable to have reconstruction, are awaiting delayed reconstruction, are having their reconstruction reversed, or are facing these decisions. We provide free patient literature and create safe, friendly environments for women to share experiences, ask for advice, and support each other.

We view living flat as a positive outcome and believe in a more balanced discussion that treats every surgical option equally and every woman's choice with respect.
