Steven Thrush is an experienced breast reconstructive and aesthetic surgeon who has been a Consultant Breast Surgeon in Worcester since 2004. He is passionate about education and has been involved with the the ABS (previously Royal College of Surgeons of England) breast courses since 2005. He is also a module lead for the Oncoplastic Breast Masters Course run through University of East Anglia. He has lectured internationally and published numerous academic papers on breast surgery.

Penny McManus has been a consultant oncoplastic breast surgeon since 2004. She trained in Liverpool, the South-East and the West Midlands before taking up her consultant post in Hull. She relocated to Morecambe Bay in 2018. Her NHS work consists mostly of the diagnosis and surgical treatment of breast cancer, and breast reconstruction following surgery for breast cancer. In the private sector She also does cosmetic breast surgery. She has been involved in developing the new RCS England guidelines for cosmetic surgery and has published and presented her work on fat transfer both in the UK and internationally. She receives referrals from across the UK for fat transfer and for revision of reconstruction after mastectomy. She teaches on a Royal College reconstruction course for consultants and senior trainees.
